Brady Rigdon was born in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1974. He graduated from Auburn University in 1998 with a B.S. in Business Administration, and received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 2001.

Mr. Rigdon practices in the areas of civil litigation and insurance defense. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Birmingham and Shelby County Bar Associations, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, and the Christian Legal Society. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama and the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
