Susan McPherson Joins Wallace, Jordan, Ratliff & Brandt

January 2011

Susan E. McPherson has rejoined the firm as an Associate. She graduated magna cum laude from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and joined the firm as an Associate in 2003. Most recently, she was a staff attorney for Justice Champ Lyons with the Supreme Court of Alabama. McPherson practices in the area of appellate litigation.

Managing Member Elected

Phillip D. Corley, Jr. has been elected to a second term as the Managing Member of Wallace, Jordan, Ratliff & Brandt, LLC. Mr. Corley’s three-year term commenced January 1, 2011. Corley, a 1994 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, practices in real estate and commercial transactions in addition to serving in this leadership capacity.

Samuel T. Sessions has joined Wallace, Jordan, Ratliff & Brandt as an Associate. He received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Auburn University. Prior to law school, Sam worked in the banking and securities industry.
