Eric Peterson practices in the areas of banking law, real estate, and commercial transactions. He is admitted to practice in Alabama and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Birmingham Bar Association. He also serves on the board of the Birmingham Chapter of the Christian Legal Society.
Eric was born in 1977 and grew up in Overland Park, Kansas. He attended Vanderbilt University where he served on the honor council and was a member of Omicron Delta International Honor Society in Economics. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics in 2000. While attending William and Mary Law School, Eric served as an officer for both the Christian Legal Society and the Public Service Fund. He received his J.D. degree in 2004 and joined Wallace, Jordan, Ratliff & Brandt in 2005.
