  • First Amendment free speech issues

The firm's practice in the area of election law overlaps to some degree with the constitutional law practice and also includes practice areas relating to: 

  • the federal Voting Right Act
  • state and local election laws
  • representation of political parties
  • advising candidates on campaign and finance issues
  • election contests
  • voter fraud
